Construction Update

Construction is going well.  As of now, the 2nd Floor HVAC, 2nd Floor Insulation, built-ins and some drywall has been installed.  The framers are finished with all framing inside the house and just need to finish up siding a few areas of the exterior.  Other things still to come:

• Stonework
• Paint
• Gutters/Downspouts
• Garage Doors
• Lots of drywall hung by yours truly :)

 

 

 

 

Bonus room in upstairs.  Doorway beyond leads to new bedroom.  (New bookcases made by my Marc, they look great!)

Top of our main stairs with new built-ins (more of Marc's handywork).  Cabinet doors to be installed at a later date.  (Main bathroom is to left)

You're looking at what used to be the side door of our house that led to the garage.  Now it's framed out to be a Butler's Pantry.  The plastic is blocking the kitchen.
